At 32 Degrees, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 45-day return window for items in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS return shipping label, which will be deducted from your total refund amount.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all tags are still attached, and affix the return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized USPS location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
